Type of a scam Debt Collections

I’ve recevied two invoices from this company for a website domain that I’ve never purchased. The first invoice suggests to pay the invoice right away in order not to incur additional late fees. The second correspondence tacks on a $12 reminder fee in addition to the original charge. Like I said, I’ve never purchased a website domain from this company and have never had the email address in which they tell me they tried to contact me prior to sending the letter(s). When you attempt to go to their website there is limited info. on how to contact them and no telephone number – only an international fax number. First letter was received March 10th states that I should have paid invoice by March 9th in order to avoid additional charges. Second letter received April 15th states that I should pay by April 11th in order to avoid additional charges.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received two invoices from a company called one.com. I had no idea what this company was. After the second invoice, I went to the website, logged onto the live chat and asked to be cancelled and they prompted me to file a police report and send them the report. I contacted my local police department and they said it was a scam and to keep checking my credit.

*I have no access to a scanner at home but am willing to fax my invoice upon request.
