Type of a scam Tech Support

I was on my computer when the screen turned red and a voice screamed you’ve been hacked, over and over. I could not do anything to my computer as it was frozen, so I unplugged it. When I plugged it back in, the screen was still frozen and the loud message was still going on and on. I tried 3 more times to get it to go away but it did not work so I called the number on the screen. 844-311-1110 and spoke to Taillar Degar on 6/11/17. I paid $499 to get my computer fixed. I read about these types of scams on bbb.org and called back to speak to a supervisor. I called 3 more times and spoke to Rollin. I could barely understand any of the people I spoke to, but they tell me it is not a scam and yell ant me and hang up. I contacted my credit card company and they are sending my forms to try to dispute this. I purchased the computer at Best Buy and paid for the Geek Squad. I was told to take the computer to them and have them clean it for me. There are 3 of the scammers icons on my desktop.
