Type of a scam Identity Theft

I was left a vm and told to call this number back. I did, spoke to Joseph Gangloff. I was leary. He told me to look him up on website. Looks legitimate. Told me someone was using my identity and my ss# would be suspended. Supposedly someone in Texas was using my name for a rental car found abandoned with drugs found inside. Felony charges could be filed against me. Believe this to be a scam since we are supposed to be notified by mail in regards to ss#s. Please let me know if there have been other complaints. Thanks!
