Type of a scam Online Purchase
Do not order from Ohowoo.com. I am currently in a back and forth with them to try and get my money back. I ordered 2 camp chairs from them for $125.97. I paid via PayPal on 7/10/20. They refuse to give me any information and keep asking me for the same info regarding the account over and over. Do not be stupid like I was and order from them. It shows their company address as Duluth MN. But my receipt has Chinese writing on it. I have reported them to online fraud agencies and I have a PayPal dispute open with them.
I ordered a camp chair also. It was supposedly a Nemo stargazer. They did the same thing to me regarding evasive responses to shipping updates. I ordered the chair the end of June and it literally just arrived today, 8/19! Like everything else that comes from China, it’s a cheap replica of what I was hoping for and it took forever to get here with little to no customer support in the interim.
I’m guessing your chairs will finally arrive but it won’t be for a while.
