Phone call for claimed complaint reporting with my Name and Social Security Number. I have an audio file of the voicemail. I searched the office name, the supposed name of the person calling, and the phone number mentioned. She stated her name is Kaitlynn Reed, and that she is calling on behalf of the aforementioned arbitration office asking me to call (844) 802-6753 x5810, for more information about the complaint made of my name and social security number. I did not find a website for the office, the name searched listed several people with the same name, the caller phone number registered to New York, the phone number within the message searched did not produce a match. As I am typing this message, I do not think I am secure and that this message is not just one person harassing me, but many.
