Type of a scam Identity Theft

I had a call starting with a voice machine saying something about talking to an officer I can’t remember the details in the call and I think you are supposed to push a button and it directs your call to them and then a lady answers and says I am an officer of so and so and I am going to need to write this information down her batch # 417B2901 she will give a case file # arrest warrant I’d # give you a phone number to contact in case the phone call drops and she also claims that they were going to suspend my social security because there was multiple suspicious activities going on and say I had over 25 bank account open being used for drug trafficking and etc. My identity is being used in California, New York, and Texas. Asks to verify the last 4 digits of your social. They were being recorded by three different something I forgot. Not to be near anyone when talking to them that it would compromise something while talking to them.
