I purchased a serum, Gravity Theory Repair. I did not received the product until I called. I never received an email statement/billing from them confirming the order. After receiving the serum I had a severe allergic response to it but it was to late to return.
Then a few weeks later I received another package from them and returned unopened. Looking at the return address is the only way to identify the company.
Only after contacting my credit card company did I ever receive a copy of the transaction or purchase.
It feel it is a scam because they do not notify you with a receipt. They do not tell you that they will be sending more and billing you automatically.
