Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I was online trying to get a loan for medical bills. I applied on line and the next day I got a call from Ocean Finance Credit Service. They said they approved my loan for 7,000 dollars. I could have drop to the floor cuz nobody would give me a loan. I though I have a chance they gave me options to get it going. I choose to do the fee for credit protection. will by a week later I have gave them 2,100 and still haven’t got my loan. Western union was what I was sending them money though.
