This scammer actually looked up a business I had previously bought from. They called once a month ago and said the company was going to sue me. I explained it wasnt possible, because I had already paid the debt through the finance company. They responded with they would send back the file. I said ok, and that was the end. I started getting calls again 2 weeks later. I called them back. They said it was a mistake. Tonight I got a call again. I called to get them to fix it. However this time they started saying I was being sued they weren’t going to send the file back and to get ready for court. I made numerous phone calls because legally their argument didn’t make sense. In the mean time I contacted the business they said was trying to sue me. They confirmed they were not suing me. I couldn’t be more angry, I almost fell for it. I’m glad I didn’t. If this company calls you or any company, confirm the lawsuit before talking to them.
