Type of a scam Debt Collections

Well I received a call from this so called NTB Management company. That said I owe them money. They ask me to verify who i was, they then read back the info on their supposed computer. And asked if I ever lived at the address they gave me! When I said no and that I never got a loan with them, nor did I own a Ford Focus, they asked when I’d be starting on my payment since its now in collections. Now I’m kinda irrational and upset. I ask for the info they have on file so I can file charges. After hanging up and doing just what I’d said. I call back for the supposed address to whom ever was on the address they supposedly had on file! And poof, they couldn’t find the info or my social in the system! Well you better believe, I’m following threw! And if this happens to you I suggest you do too!!!
