I placed 3 online orders for dresses for my nieces 15th party coming up in August. The status of all the orders still says “preparation in progress” even though they were ordered about 10 days ago. I’ve tried sending numerous emails and live chats and have not received any response from this company. Total scam!!!

I can share my story. This company has been advertising all over Facebook. They looked like they had nice stuffed. But after I ordered I looked at the trustpilot reviews and no one had good things to say. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t received my article of clothing.

My daughter ordered a dress from their website. They offered a return/exchange policy minus the shipping and/or express shipping. When I reached out to return the dress that sent after a month of purchase, they offered to refund me $15 and keep the dress when in fact I paid $75 to have it shipped express. After declining the $15 refund they emailed me back stating

"Hi dear,

Sorry , we customer service can’t issue compensation more then 50% of returned item .

Can you accept this amount $32?

once we have your confirmation , compensation can be refund to you in 5-15 days .

Please make people aware that this place is a complete scam.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a product from the company and had nothing but issues since. The item I received was a joke itself and was nothing like what I ordered. I have been trying to return the product for over 3 weeks. I have send multiple emails and Facebook messages and received no response until I threatened to report them. They refuse to give me their return address to return the item. I have filled out all of the paperwork to return it and they will not let me. They also refuse to give me my money back for the item even though their returns and exchange tab on their website says you will get your money back within 45 days. It seems as though they are waiting until the period passes until the provide the address so they will not have to give me money. They have been offering to give $2 to keep the item because they would rather I not return it. After saying no and that all I want is the return address they then offered me $6. This company has been scamming many people and they need to be shut down. They are sending incorrect and terrible products that cannot be used and they are scamming their customers by not letting them return their items at all! Please shut them down or contact them to let them know this is not ok.
