ordered FREE SAMPLES online—credit/debit info asked for to cover S & H. No where in internet ad or on shipping paper enclosed with each of 2 free samples did it say that you would be automatically enrolled in a autoshipmment of product and recurring charge of $99.15 to my debit card. Notified number listed with charge on July 2, 2016 t.o cancel order, told to expect a verifying email of cancellation–none received. Called again July5, 2016 was told order was cancelled but fee charged was non refundable .. Asked to speak to this rude operator’s supervisor and instead was told I would get a refund of 50% which I informed her was not acceptable and she responded I would receive 100% refund but doubt it will happen
