Nova Treadmill

The exact same thing happened to me. I’ve been trying to reach out to them for over a month with no response. And today I got an email saying that the treadmill was delivered… which it was not of course. I’m coming to terms with the fact that I’ve been scammed.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw a facebook ad for a $99.99 treadmill and I purchased it since it was a "today only" deal. "Purrfect Bowl" was listed on my credit card for the charge which prompted me to check their website. After checking back to their website, I noticed that the address that they list for refunds doesn’t exist and their privacy policy includes many instances where they should have included additional information an deleted the instructions. For example, "Minors. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of [[INSERT AGE]] ."
