Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

The gentlemen explained to me that I was approved for a $2000 loan via money wire transfer but I first had to send $200 by a pay powervisa reload pack after I had sent that the gentleman called me back and told me that the wire transfer could not be processed the only other option was to Send the money by Western union but now the loan would be for $5000 and I had to send another $398 to cover the western union fees then once he received that he would give me the money transfer number to collect my $5000 at a western union location. I did not send the $398 and have since reported them to the ontario provincial police and filed a report I have also contacted the pay power visa reload company and they had informed me that this company is scamming people out of there money once they get the reload number they issue it to a card and get the funds off that card. I have also contacted northnloans for my reimbursement and the gentleman told me I’m not entitled to any reimbursement if anything at all I owe them money for the money transfer to western union that I have not received. Now I am out $200 and I am a low income person.
