Automated system called twice from two different numbers when I blocked the first one. 1st number 650-407-1686 and 2nd 650-273-5207. They are telling me to call back 315-968-6359. Caller says "The moment you receive this message, I need you to get back with me on my dept division # that is 315-968-6359. Now if I don’t hear a call from you we will have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested so get back to me as soon as possible".
