Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
I got a rather amateur looking attempt at an official document in the mail on pink paper, stating that my Home Warranty policy "may expire". The letter made it sound as if it was important to call and extend my warranty within 10 days. I do not own my house, so this was immediately red flagged as a scam.
