My story is the same as many I have read since. My computer locked up and I was given a phone number to call supposedly from Microsoft. this happened on 7-28-19. I was suspicious all along, but these guys were good so I bought their "basic plan" for $399.00 like an [censored]. I should have listened to that little voice in my head. I’ve had other strange things happen since like Paypal telling me that an Amazon shopper from Israel had given my credit card on file with them as primary payment. I did not do that am in the process of dealing with that now.
