Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
I was contacted by email from Alan Gifford. He got my information from the Connected Investor Website. I was inquiring about a loan and he sent me a loan application which I filled out. After we discussed the loan he then sent me contract and payment details. He wanted an origination fee which I sent him $6,320. He wanted more money to process the loan but I refused and wanted him to send my money back. I have not heard from him since. He has various emails:
