I am looking for a place to rent. I found a listing on Zillow that seemed to fit what I needed and was the right price range. When I called to iquire about the current availability I was told it is still available, so I requested a rental application be emailed to me, that was on Friday afternoon. Mid-day on Saturday I am still waiting for the application. I have been in Boise since 1960. This is the third time I have had to look for another place to live. I have never heard of this company, they do not have a website, the listing on Zillow prints really weird–not at all like other listings, the only contact information is a phone number (no name or address). Looks like a scam, smells like a scam!

This management company is a scam it’s not the people who pretend they have property it’s the one that do have the property and they have people coming in paying them $** knowing they already decided who they going to give the place to I have received three showings of this property and I’m tired of it they got my $** when I call and ask them have they made a decision and they said no so this is the third email they sent me they need to be checked out cuz I’m taking this personal it’ll make you lose your section 8 they playing games with the wrong person
