Type of a scam Debt Collections

I received a call from the number above stating that there was a complaint against me by Lowes for a credit card I never paid. I spoke with a man named Christian who was the rudest man ive ever spoke to. He told me I needed to lose my attitude when i told him i didnt have an credit card with Lowes He told me my morals and ethics were at stake if i didnt pay. He also told me that I can pay over the phone and end it or go to court. when i asked him to send me everything in writing he refused to and told me "laugh now cry later : before hanging up. I called back and told him again that I wanted everything in writing and he refused to and stated i will be getting sued. I proceeded to call Lowes directly who looked me up by social and stated that I do not come up in their system as ever having an account with them.
