I called to have my washing machine fixed. The repair man who said his name was Jeff Ford, assessed the broken washing machine and said that it needed a replacement part. Jeff Ford, the repair man then asked for a deposit to order the part. A check was issued to Nations Appliance in the amount of $205 on March 1, 2016. The repair man disappeared and never completed the repair job. Jeff never returned any of my calls, Jeff’s number is 813-850-4089. However, the answering service that he was using will answer calls. The answering service seems to be polite and professional yet never returns my calls either. The answering service number is 1-800-830-6040.
