I flagged this as spam first off know your credit and what collections you have on it. Secondly never open email from a business that uses GMAIL, YAHOO or MSN- OUTLOOK is sketchy. If it is a law firm they will use the firms email and they will never call you a customer they will address you by your name. Also, always ask someone who says you owe them money to verify the debt that’s your given right. Best of luck and to pay these chumps.
