I found this company on Pinterest and they seemed to have a lot of reviews. Here is the kicker: it took nearly 30 days to get this in the mail and it seemed they were being sent to another country in Africa. When I finally got the shoes in the mail, they came from China. I have attempted to return these shoes to a address they provide on their website: Nalai & Co, 1500 Avenue at Port Imperial #645, Weehawen, NJ 07086, but they came back in the mail. The phone number they provide: (917) 310-4488 does not work. They can only be contacted through email.
When I look on the BBB, this company has a "F" rating. NOT GOOD! I don’t think this company is in the United States.
I am in touch with my bank to get our money back and I am reporting this "SO CALLED" company to the United States Attorney Generals Office as well.
