Was offered 12 appointments and an X-ray to fix my back. I went to a total of 8. My back was made much worse and has only become better since I stopped going and have been doing my own thing. After canceling my remaining appointments, they continue to charge me. I called and told them to stop and give my money back. I was told I would hear back from them the next day with the finance people, who agreed to stop charging me and issue any refund I was deserving of. I received a call this morning, 3 weeks since I have stopped going saying I owe even more money. The total service I received from this “chiropractor” was: 10 minutes on a rolling bed, 10 minutes in a decompression chair, and 2 minutes of a person actually doing something to my back per visit. I was charged $169.80 once a month, I agreed to the first few payments, but once I canceled the service and stopped going they continue to charge, and are calling me saying I owe even more.
