My mother came upon a very polished inline website about purchasing puppies. It is called My Premium Puppy. The individual who runs it is named Jake Miller. The site claims that they are selling puppies at 70% off because of their 10 years in biz celebration. The price in their bigus oupoies is $499.00. Jake Miller though hard to understand because if his accent was very adept about talking about the pups. He sent videos, suggested dog food, promised certificates and even refunds if not fully satisfied. He had us send money through Zelle, a money transferring site, similar to Paypal. On the day of delivery we received from Eco Pet Carriers, the supposed pet delivery service, a bogus invoice requesting $850.00 more dollars. When confronted about the whereabouts of the puppy, Jake hung up on me then no longer answered his phone. He might be getting his website descriptions and videos from Thailand or from a site out of the country.

We thought we were buying 2 teacup yorkies. They wanted $799 for the two puppies. We first tried to use Zelle to pay them, it wouldn’t go through because you have to use cash through your bank. Then I suggested paypal. So we did that with a different email name from what he had been using. We thought the puppies would be put on a plane soon after. He said he was using a delivery agency. We then got an email from ecopetcarriers saying we had to pay $990 because the airlines rules were for them to be in a climate controlled carrier and that it was refundable. So we contacted the guy from Premium Puppies and he said he didn’t know about this. He wanted to work with us he would pay $500 and we could pay $490. So, we said ok. So, we thought for sure now they were going to be put on the plane. NOPE! They wanted $850 for insurance on the plane. That’s when we said NO WAY!!!!! We weren’t paying anymore money. He said he would give us a refund today but we haven’t seen it, probably won’t either. So frustrating to thing there are people out there just stealing money from good people.
