Type of a scam Identity Theft

This guy came to my house (tenant occupied) twice claiming that my insurance company sent him to take pictures of my home.

He knew name of insurance carrier and had an old home phone number that is no longer in service.

Gave tenant this business card only after she asked for it.

He came back a few days later (showed up on video cam) –nobody was home.
