I was

Contacted by a man named "Henry Reed" for a company called Mueller & Associates. They said I would be sued if I didn’t pay this credit card in my name . Which I knew wasn’t mine . They had my name , dob, last four digits of ss#. They gave me a credit card name and date it was opened and balance and insisted it was mine and there would be a lawsuit . They asked for money multiple times but I knew it wasnt opened by me so o thought maybe identity theft then I come to find out they are the actual scammers .

These people are calling saying that we owe money for a collection. They will not identify their location or send any documentation via mail. They are threatening to have us served the next day. They even called my daughter!
