Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was searching around on facebook one day and seen a product that looked like it would make a real nice and thoughtful gift for my wife for christmas. I then ordered a (moon globe). I uploaded a picture of my wife and I, along with an inscription. I sent the payment with my credit card and was given a traking number. I checked numerous times a day every day. Still nothing. I emailed the company back and got different email after email every time. Then I emailed that I would like to talk to a rep and was emailed a help desk that was automated on the computer. I would ask questions and as soon as I hit the enter button to send a message I would already have a response back. It was all computer generated.
