This is supposedly a Massage Office, they sell massage certificates on Livingsocial and Groupon. When you call to make an appointment they collect your information and certificate information. They then collect the funds from the certificate retailer and cancel appointments last minute. THEY rescheduled my appointment 3 times…..now its to late to get a refund and the Retailer says its to late to get a refund because my certificate expired. As I read reviews on Yelp, Groupon, Facebook and other sites this has been ongoing and a continued Scam. LivingSocial can not refund my monies because MRT already was paid for the certificate. It appears hundreds have been scammed!
