Type of a scam Employment

I was contacted by someone on Facebook who pretended to be Mr Yang Lin who is the CFO of a company called Sinochem located in China. The individual told me that his company was looking for an account receivable agent in Europe and USA to represent his company collecting money from its customers in USA. He sent me an appointment letter and Memorandum of Understanding that I supposed to sign. In the documents, there is Mr Yang Lin name and information and the company he represents in China. The individual asked to provide him my bank account and information to proceed payment on my name on behalf of Mr Yang Lin. I called the number listed in the payment approval document he sent to me yesterday and found out that the number is a Canadian number not Seattle Washington as he located his business address, which appears to be false. Finally, I refused the offer because it’s a scam. He is using someone’s name to scam me.
