I had a crew of 4 men in a black 4 door Ford F150 with a small trailer offer to install pinestraw for $4 a bale. They finished, and claimed they used 280 bales and wanted $1200. I’ve done this yard many times and never used more than 60 bales for the while yard. These guys only did the front yard. I refused to pay, they became very aggressive. I ended up giving them $400, which was what I had paid the last company.
