Type of a scam Online Purchase

Received a letter with no return address congratulating me on an alleged pregnancy. Inside the card were dozens of, what looked like, hand cut coupons and gift cards for baby products to brands like “Little Wanderers,” “Canopy Couture,” “Udder Covers,” and “Pregnancy Pillow.” The card included a receipt for the gift cards from thoughtfulgiftcards.com and was signed, “Congratulations! I’m so excited for you! I hope you like these!  Jenny B.”
