Type of a scam Employment

I applied for this work at home business. They do their business only through Paypal. They send money to your paypal account and want you to transfer to your bank account. After they send you a tracking number, they want you to send money to UPS in NY. The money went to my paypal account and I’m waiting for a tracking number. I have two days before I receive tracking number for paypal. I would like to know if this company legit before I transfer money into my bank account and send it to them by UPS. Thank you.
