Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I ordered a baseball jersey from MLBStore.us because I thought it was the official MLB website (which it says it is, in many places and with many official looking copyright and trademark documentation.) The first email I received was from a Chinese email address from an apparently different business and said "everything is cool." The jersey I received did not match the image on the website and wasn’t very good quality. I emailed back asking for a refund or exchange, which their policy says they do, and they said I would have to send $30 to a Western Union account in China. It seems pretty obvious that this is a scam.
