On Oct. 2017 my husband and I were invited to a Red Lobster restaurant on Rte 46 East near Willowbrook Mall in NJ. 3 people (Ed Owens, Donna Forenza, Philip S. Corley) explained to us a “better” way to vacation other than our timeshare. THE program was a point program RCI that would replace the timeshare property. We signed and we gave $1600 for the legal fees. A few weeks later I called one of the people we met back in October. They gave me the information for the person in charge, Michael Loy. I spoke to him and as agreed I sent him $11,179 to complete the enrollment in the vacation program. Nothing has been done. Then, Mr. Loy told me he fired the lawyer in charge of my account and that he voided all the papers my husband and I signed because he got us a better deal. We haven’t sign anything else and I requested our money back. He is not. I call Mr. Owens and he told me to get out of that deal. He said Mr. Loy is a scam person.
