Type of a scam Tech Support

My computer crashed unexpectedly. A pop up came from this company. I called. They promised to fix it. I stupidly gave my credit # info. My son fixed my issue in minutes. Within 50 minutes of giving my credit Card # I called to cancel. No response. Their phone # message asked for details. I emailed and recorded by request to cancel the service. No reply. A week has passed. I dealt with Dave first then Henry (both fictitious names I presume) and was promised a refund in two days. Didn’t happen! Lost $300 USD.
