Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was initially contacted via DM on Instagram and asked if I would like a discount code for the site, I was also given one to share with followers. I ordered twice and received all the items except one, and then followed up for the one item and made 2 more orders. They never arrived either so I reached out to the company and got no response, I reached out via Instagram and was blocked. I had to file disputes through PayPal to get my money back. Don’t order from this company it’s a huge waste of time and money as you can buy most of their clothing from Wish or China.
