He approached my elderly mother, and offered to do work around the house. He drove her to the ATM and had her withdraw 400.00 for the Work he was going to do. A neighbor just happened to get a picture of his truck. He gave her a receipt, and told her he would be back the next day to do the work. I called him and spoke with him regarding the nature of the work he offered, he said he would be right over. He never did come back and now he will not answer or return my calls.
