My daughter was doing her homework for school and went to print it out. Printer would not print I went to HP support online and was in a chat with James Walker 800-675-4139 x 343. He told me he was going to have someone give me a call. A technician called me and remote in on my computer and said my computer was hacked and in order to fix the problem it would cost $***. They only accept payments of bank routing # and your account #. They did not want a debit card #. He took quite sometime but he printer worked but I’m afraid he put a virus on my computer to keep track of personal information. He even left his fake phone number on my screen saying if I had anymore problems. I did not sleep well about this entire ordeal but I needed the printer working for my daughter I got up this morning call the number and its not in service. I immediately went to the back to close my account. I’m afraid of what may have been left on my computer will have my computer checked out. I cant afford to do so as I am not working and money is tight. I’m receiving unemployment now. People are so evil. Please stop this company. Please help me. I can fax you a copy of the fake contract that was sent to my email. I cant attach it down below because I closed my email account and opened another one. But I did print it out before I closed the account.
