These people are calling elderly people saying that they need to renew their Microsoft Licenses. This is NOT true and they are only targeting elderly people.

Type of a scam Tech Support

I have received 3 calls today ( in MI) from (234) 321-3432, who claims to be Microsoft Technical Support Center, and that they have reports of my computer malwares installed, that my company had contacted them to help me with this issue and trying to sell me some patch that will eradicate this issue. The callers have all had Indian accents, used vulgarity ([censored]….) and lies to convince me of something that is simply not true. When I inquire about their names, who provided them this information, the report and details, the scam solicitor insulted me, used intense profanity and made racist remarks. The same series of calls occurred about a year ago from Los Angeles, CA, about the same time. The operation uses the same tactics and behavior. Please investigate and alert your community accordingly. Thank you.
