Type of a scam Tech Support

First they said they were with microsoft, and then geek squad. Caller id said california at first and then it was unknown. Everyone i talked to had an indian accent. I mostly talked to a guy named steve who was very pushy. They were wanting me to buy antivirus and used alot of scare tactics. They seemed to know alot about me and even called my parents.
