Their website is very impressive-looks real. I picked out a puppy, Abby, and contacted them through their website CONTACT US link. We emailed back and forth several times. Website reviews said their customer service responded immediately to all calls. I called twice without reaching any one. One of their links said the air fare was paid by them. Initial price was $800. Handling fee of $195 was added at the end. I asked about that fee and they did not reply. I was willing to pay that so I proceeded. They took pay pal for payment. I called PayPal to ask if I did not receive the puppy would they negotiate the return of my money. Since I was not familiar with doing business with pay pal, I felt I was covered by their response. When I asked for instructions from the business to pay for Abby, they said only use option “friends and family ONLY”. I am so thankful I waited to call PayPal again to see if using this option would guarantee my purchase – they said NO. I am 70 years old and this was my first time purchasing on line. I am now very skeptical of all on line purchases. Please take care in purchasing on line. Scammers are everywhere!
