Type of a scam Online Purchase

scammer contacted me about a boat I had for sale on craiglist. Said he was unable to see it in person because he did not live near me but that he would send me money via paypal and have a transport service pick the boat up.

I received fraudulent email saying the money had be transferred. I signed into my paypal account and there was no money transferred. I questioned him on this issue and he said that he had transferred $1000 extra and I need to send $1000 via money gram to the transporter for the funds to be released.

I refused and he said that he had reported me and that I would be arrested if I didn’t send $1000 via money gram to his transporter.
