Type of a scam Tax Collection

I have received at least three (3) messages on my home phone answering machine. A woman with an accent has left messages indicating "Once message is received, don’t disregard, issue is time sensitive" from a woman named Nickie Johnson stating her hotline number is 213-426-1055. Message also states something about a law suit against us, and indicates at end of message "Good-By and take care.

I have not returned the call since I am unsure what it may be regarding. Please advise what I need to do to resolve this issue, your time and advise is appreciated.
