Person claims to be selling French bulldogs. He will ship them to you for a fee but would like half up front and half when received. Will only accept Zelle. Won’t take PayPal after explaining PayPal will cover the transaction. Won’t send photos of dogs with a paper stating today’s date. Refuses to accept any other secured form of payment besides Zelle.
