Ordered a “quilt” from this company bolidewish on December 1. It looked like the company was in Aurora, Colorado, but when my package didn’t arrive I emailed them and they sent me a tracking number from China. The package finally arrived in January, wadded up and taped in a ball, a complete mess! The item is not a quilt as pictured but two pieces of fabric sown together. Not worth what I paid. There was no return information, in fact no information at all about the item. I got back on their site and it says you have to return the package in 15 days in its original packaging! So…that wadded ball of plastic wrap and tape? And return where? I found a Missouri, Colorado, and Wyoming address! SUCH A SCAM!

I ordered from this site a few weeks ago and was told after payment that I would get the shipment within 3-5 days. I got an email that my payment was received and would get shipping information when it shipped. The tracking numbers I received don’t even exist and haven’t changed. I’ve been checking every single day and when I emailed them with this concern they won’t get back in touch with me and I have sent NUMEROUS emails. I emailed and messaged them through the link on their website. I have the order number and email they sent if needed. I can’t call because they do not have any phone numbers listed. After waiting this long and not hearing back from them I decided to look up reviews and see if anyone else has experienced this and found out that there were hundreds of people who had the same exact thing happen to them and that it was a scam. I wish I had not made this order but it was a gift that was very meaningful and special. It’s for my dying uncle for Christmas and I am literally heartbroken as I was really looking forward to gifting him with these presents and now I feel like everything is ruined and it’s too late for me to even try to get this type of things from somewhere else because Christmas is in 5 days. I don’t understand how this has happened to hundreds of people yet their site is still up and running. How is this even right?!? Why is a money stealing no product giving scam bull*** website still able to steal and lie to people?! They should’ve been shut down the very freaking first time it happened ! Is there any way to get refunded for this? Or get the product I ordered?

I ordered a sweater from this website in November. I received the sweater 7 days ago (it took way longer than expected to receive) and the sweater looked nothing like the advertisement. It was horribly made and was not a sweater at all. I also ordered a large, and the product looked like it was an XXL. There were no tags whatsoever in the sweater, so I could not tell what size they actually made. When I contacted Merchansite to return the sweater and get a refund (their website only provides an email, there is no phone number) they completely avoided my request. They kept asking me to measure the sweater for them and take all of these pictures of it. Merchansite advertises that their headquarters are in Jackson, Wyoming, but the address that they provide in Jackson is in the middle of a soccer field. The product that I received came from China. I looked up Merchansite to see if they are a registered business in Wyoming, and they are not. This site is a scam that will steal your money. Do not order anything from them.
I am dealing with the same issue, the got me for 150.00 keep replying to my e mail with a fake tracking# it doesn’t exist, this was the main things my grandsons asked for I’ve called the number I found but no one answers, the address on the web site 179 Jean StJacksonWyoming83001

I purchased multiple items online on 11/29/19 for a total of $363.86. I have only received one confirmation email and a 2nd email stating the shipping is delayed and the order incomplete. There is no tracking number or phone number to get status update. Upon internet search I have found multiple reviews with similar complaints.

I ordered a hoodie from this website. After nearly 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I reached out. I was then sent a fake tracking number. I normally would not have purchased anything from this store, but it had a particular hoodie that my dad saw advertised somewhere and so I was going to surprise him with it for Christmas.
The longer I waited, the more research was done and several people have had this issue with this company. It was not a cheap hoodie. I just want my money back.

They might be not American because their English is very bad.
They also steal designs from other websites.

I placed an order on 8/13/19 at merchansite.com. They charged my credit card on 8/14/19 and on 8/15/19 I received an email telling me my order was shipped. I was provided a tracking number but after a week of checking the status, nothing has been updated. I contacted merchansite.com via email and asked where my order was. They informed me that DHL is overloaded and hopefully will update their site soon. After more investigation on my part, I found the tracking number is not legitimate, and there are numerous articles on Google about this company being a scam. I have contacted my bank and cancelled my credit card and have initiated a dispute. Companies that steal should be held liable. Their website should be taken down.
