I was trying to order masks because they are required at work and I found this site I ordered some mask and never received them they have good reviews on their site but I went on their Facebook pg after I ordered and no one on there has received their order

I ordered 3 face masks on 4/17/20 online via this website. I have yet to receive the masks. Every time I track the package it says it’s been labeled for delivery but no other info is given. I contacted them via email and FB messenger and they keep saying due to country logistics the order could be delayed and that they will not issue a refund because it’s a “hot item.” They keep sending a link to track package on 17Track, which is not working.Customer reviews online and on their Facebook says otherwise. Other customers are having the same issue.
