I represent a nonprofit organization that depends on membership fees to support our work. I found MemberPlanet when I was looking for software that would manage membership and membership renewals for us. I created a profile on their website and uploaded our distribution list of 600 people. I had problems so I called the support number and a guy, Patrick Terrian, worked with me to format the data upload correctly. After that I never got back to them to see if their product would work for us. Months later, the fake company sent out a request to our membership saying it was time to renew and they used a link to a PayPal account that wasnt ours. As soon as I was made aware of this email, I sent out an alert to our membership not to use this PayPal to renew. After sending out this email and trying to contact the support services for the fake company, the PayPal button link they used was changed and directed the person to their website login screen.
