they have a cancellation policy that does not cancel. when you opt to cancel payments, they give you the run around, and eventually only end up prolonging your subscription, with no real option or possibility to actually cancel payments. this is a clear 100% scam that I think a lot of people are falling for. you would need to create and cancel an account for yourselves to know what I mean, as i was unsure about how to record evidence of this.
