Phone call of 4/28 claimed that they had done heating, air conditioning, and ventilation work and asking if I wanted them to engage their services again.
That was a dead give-away since my condo unit has two heat pumps, meaning that nothing in their call had basis in fact — besides my not remembering any such visit.
Checking reverse directory on dexknows.com shows the line as VoIP, so probably everything about the call was fictitious. But, just in case the phone number shows up, I thought I’d report it to you.
The name I entered is what caller-ID showed for the phone call.
